Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of IC's to drive annual recurring revenue (ARR)
  • Coach, train, and develop the team to exceed revenue goals
  • Help the company reach $100m in ARR over the next 5 years

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of B2B software experience
  • 3+ years of management experience in new business and renewal sales
  • Proven track record of leading high performers to exceed revenue goals
  • Experience managing a multi-threaded sales process using solution-selling principles
  • Ability to become a subject matter expert on new technology products and coach the team to expertise
