Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. GTM Enablement Program Manager in HR Tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to design and deliver enablement programs for sales teams
- Develop and execute training programs for product launches and ongoing sales training
- Measure the impact of enablement initiatives and refine them based on feedback
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in sales enablement, customer experience, or related fields
- 2+ years of SaaS sales enablement experience
- Experience in designing and facilitating impactful training sessions
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
