Job Summary
A company is looking for a Guest Experience Specialist in Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and resolutions via various communication channels
- Screen potential guests to ensure adherence to house policies and requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to address in-residence guest issues and promote ancillary products
Required Qualifications
- Hospitality background with experience in customer service
- Previous contact center experience highly preferred
- Intermediate level of technical understanding; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Availability to support guests during afternoon and evening hours, including weekends
- Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
