Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guest Experience Specialist in Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and resolutions via various communication channels
  • Screen potential guests to ensure adherence to house policies and requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address in-residence guest issues and promote ancillary products

Required Qualifications
  • Hospitality background with experience in customer service
  • Previous contact center experience highly preferred
  • Intermediate level of technical understanding; experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Availability to support guests during afternoon and evening hours, including weekends
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
