Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guest Services Specialist to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive pre-arrival information and support to guests
  • Resolve guest service requests promptly and maintain communication to ensure satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and properties for operational support

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least three years of customer-focused service experience in hospitality or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
  • Availability for night and weekend shifts as part of the On-Call program
