Job Summary
A company is looking for a Guest Services Specialist to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pre-arrival information and support to guests
- Resolve guest service requests promptly and maintain communication to ensure satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and properties for operational support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least three years of customer-focused service experience in hospitality or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
- Availability for night and weekend shifts as part of the On-Call program
