Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and mentor a team of Implementation Managers
  • Drive HCM Data Migration Methodology and processes for new customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey and product functionality

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of SaaS experience in professional services or implementation
  • 3+ years of HR implementation experience
  • 3+ years of Data Migration / ETL experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing organizations and responsibilities
