- Develop and mentor a team of Implementation Managers
- Drive HCM Data Migration Methodology and processes for new customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey and product functionality
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS experience in professional services or implementation
- 3+ years of HR implementation experience
- 3+ years of Data Migration / ETL experience
- 2+ years of experience leading a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing organizations and responsibilities
