Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Claims, RSUM.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a governance process for claims handling
• Drive the implementation of metric dashboards to monitor claims production and risk
• Standardize and operationalize claims advocacy practices across the organization

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
• 8+ years of relevant experience in specialty lines, commercial lines, or reinsurance
• Strong claims and claims operational background
• Experience in risk control and governance
• Proven ability to balance multiple projects and stakeholders
