Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead its post-sales function and drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a scalable Customer Success vision and playbook to maximize customer value and retention
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while aligning efforts across various teams for seamless service delivery
  • Lead a high-performing team by attracting talent, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of customer-centricity

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable customer success strategies for large enterprise customers
  • Strong analytical skills for strategic decision-making using data
