Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Design to shape the design culture and strategy for world-class products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, ensuring high quality across all touchpoints
- Create and maintain design systems and workflows for rapid execution and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions that drive business impact
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in leading product design efforts at fast-paced startups
- Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma and Notion
- Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and fast execution
- Strong ability to develop scalable design systems aligned with cross-functional goals
- Experience working closely with diverse teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering
