Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the development of AI-driven financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for AI-driven financial products
- Oversee the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and LLM architectures
- Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performance engineering team
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of implementing robust security measures in high-trust environments
- Expertise in handling structured and unstructured data, ETL processes, and vector databases
- Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and machine learning architectures
- Experience designing scalable cloud-based infrastructures for complex AI models
