Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Growth Product to lead product-led growth strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives to drive user growth, engagement, and retention
- Design and analyze experiments to optimize user acquisition and conversion funnels
- Monitor key growth metrics and iterate on strategies based on insights
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in consumer product management or growth roles
- Proven track record in leading product experimentation and improving funnel conversion
- Previous startup experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools like SQL and Google Analytics
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or mental health services preferred
