Job Summary
Leading the People Operations function in a hybrid full-time role, the Head of People Operations will develop strategies, manage HR systems, and oversee payroll and benefits administration while ensuring compliance and enhancing the employee experience across the UK and US.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the People Operations strategy to align with business objectives and enhance employee experience
- Manage HRIS and optimize people systems for improved user experience and operational efficiency
- Lead a team of People Operations Generalists, fostering a high-performing culture through coaching and development
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in leading a People Operations function and developing high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of UK and US employment law, regulatory requirements, and payroll controls
- Experience managing HR systems, including HRIS implementations and process improvements
- CIPD or SHRM accreditation is required
- Experience working with Rippling is highly preferred
