Head of People Systems
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of People Systems to lead their People Systems team and develop technology strategies that support HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of current People Systems and technology landscape
- Create and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for People Systems
- Lead and mentor the People Systems team, fostering a culture of innovation
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in HR systems, preferably in a shared services environment
- Deep understanding of Workday configuration and proven track record of managing Workday HCM modules
- 5-10 years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams in a People Systems context
- Experience in developing and executing technology strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Strong technical skills in system integrations and vendor management
