Head of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product to lead a newly created division responsible for product strategy and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a new product division, integrating product management across departments
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, managing the entire product lifecycle
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure cohesive product delivery and customer engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading product management, preferably in healthcare or education
• Strong understanding of membership-based organizations, subscription products, and SaaS solutions
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing a diverse product portfolio
• Exceptional leadership and organizational change management skills
• Background in at least two relevant categories such as certification programs or professional services
