Head of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale the company's revenue cycle management function
• Evolve KPIs to assess and monitor RCM health
• Develop and implement improved revenue cycle processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience in RCM, preferably in healthcare organizations
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle practices and procedures
• Experience cultivating relationships with commercial payers
• Experience working with revenue cycle information systems or system implementation teams
• Organizational and project management skills
