Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales and Revenue for its Porch Inspection business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales, customer success, and technical support teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and best practices to maximize profit
  • Foster strategic relationships with key clients and prospects while tracking revenue forecasts and budgets

Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in leading sales teams within a B2B/SaaS software business
  • Experience in hiring and scaling SaaS sales organizations, including account executives and customer success teams
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance operations teams to drive business outcomes
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with a strong understanding of business metrics
  • Prior experience in both high-velocity SMB businesses and enterprise environments is a plus
