Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Technology to lead the development of an AI and ASR-based education platform focused on literacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of child-specific speech recognition technology, including technical requirements and project planning
- Define engineering structure, resources, operations, and KPIs while managing security and compliance policies
- Shape the engineering team, mentor staff, and define the technological vision in collaboration with the CEO
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in hands-on development and managing a technical team
- Proven track record of early-stage production AI development
- Experience with automatic speech recognition technology
- Experience architecting scalable software platforms with real-time monitoring
- A Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical degree
