Engage and influence members in decisions for achieving a healthy lifestyle

Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree and 2-4 years of related experience
Registered Dietitian, Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, RN, or Master's in Behavioral Health
Health Coach Certification required
