Health Equity Director
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Health Equity (Community Engagement / MPH) to develop health promotion activities aimed at improving member outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies to improve health equity and reduce disparities
- Analyze data to ensure initiatives reflect members' needs and preferences
- Establish community partnerships to support diverse and socially vulnerable members
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree such as MPH, RN, or LMSW/LCSW preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience identifying and addressing health disparities
- Experience leading through influence across large organizations
- Credentialed in specialty or subspecialty
