Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health System Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage existing relationships to increase pipeline and brand awareness
  • Drive opportunities from initial conversation through close with large health systems and provider group practices
  • Develop and nurture key stakeholder relationships nationally for the new health systems business line

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of full cycle closing experience selling to large health systems and provider group practices
  • Experience with the buy and bill process related to health systems and private practice groups
  • Proven success with consultative selling in the healthcare payer and/or health systems space
  • History of exceptional forecasting discipline and ability to build a 10x pipeline in territory
  • Fluent in developing customized proposals, pricing strategy, contracting process, deal structure, and contract negotiation
