Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Analytics Product Manager in an entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the enterprise SaaS product roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and validate product features using Lean Startup principles
- Collaborate with the development team to define product requirements within agile methodologies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager for enterprise SaaS services, preferably in healthcare or analytics
- Strong understanding of data-driven products and experience with data science and engineering teams
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to experiment
- Experience applying Lean Startup and Agile methodologies to product development
- Knowledge of value-based care models and financial operations of hospital-based health systems is preferred
