Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Care Coordinator-Project Based.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding prescription healthcare benefits
- Provide information on insurance coverage, copays, and assist with coverage determination
- Handle prescription refills and educate customers on online self-service options
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check
- Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection
