Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project-Based Customer Service - Healthcare Prescription Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls regarding prescription healthcare benefits and address customer questions and concerns
  • Provide information about insurance coverage, copays, and assist with coverage determinations
  • Educate customers on online self-service options and troubleshoot issues

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Entry-level position requiring a minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Customer-focused personality with a desire to help others
  • Full-time schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to submit to a drug test and background check
