Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project-Based Customer Service - Healthcare Prescription Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls regarding prescription healthcare benefits and address customer questions and concerns
- Provide information about insurance coverage, copays, and assist with coverage determinations
- Educate customers on online self-service options and troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Entry-level position requiring a minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Customer-focused personality with a desire to help others
- Full-time schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to submit to a drug test and background check
