Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate I, Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to healthcare benefits and provide assistance to members and providers
  • Research and communicate medical information while maintaining confidentiality and meeting performance standards
  • Document patient information accurately and support team efforts to improve performance and service quality

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting
  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple computer applications
  • Flexibility in scheduling and adaptability to changes in a dynamic customer service environment
  • Willingness to participate in training and comply with recording and evaluation processes
