Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate I, Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to healthcare benefits and provide assistance to members and providers
- Research and communicate medical information while maintaining confidentiality and meeting performance standards
- Document patient information accurately and support team efforts to improve performance and service quality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple computer applications
- Flexibility in scheduling and adaptability to changes in a dynamic customer service environment
- Willingness to participate in training and comply with recording and evaluation processes
