Healthcare Encounter Analyst
Job Summary
As a full-time Healthcare Encounter Senior Analyst working remotely, the candidate will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and correcting rejected Medicaid encounters generated by Pharmacy, while maintaining client relationships and providing metric reports derived from SAS and AS400.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze rejected Medicaid encounters to identify and correct issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing recurring metric reports
- Participate in client meetings and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of professional work experience with data analysis
- 2+ years of experience using Excel in a professional or academic setting
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to think critically and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
