Job Summary
A company is looking for HEDIS Reviewers / Abstractors for remote positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records and extract critical HEDIS data into a specified data entry portal
- Enter data into proprietary software while maintaining accuracy thresholds
- Comply with HIPAA laws and regulations and complete required training within a designated timeframe
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 2 years or 2 seasons of experience in HEDIS abstraction/review
- Expertise in specific HEDIS measures, particularly TRC, PPC, and WCC
- Medical Coder Certification (CPC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA) or an active nursing license (LPN, LVN, RN)
- Possession of a Windows-based laptop or desktop computer
- Access to a high-speed internet connection
