Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Tier 1 Specialist to provide technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Document and track problems to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Provide remote support for users and assist in troubleshooting advanced technical issues
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience
- Additional training or education in a relevant area is preferred
- Experience in customer support or call center support is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures
