Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Tier 1 Specialist to provide technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and in-person
  • Document and track problems to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Provide remote support for users and assist in troubleshooting advanced technical issues

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience
  • Additional training or education in a relevant area is preferred
  • Experience in customer support or call center support is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures
