Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist (100% Remote) to provide technical support to users efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware and software provisioning
  • Administer and maintain Windows workstations, tablets, and smartphones, as well as corporate applications
  • Respond to end-user issues through the helpdesk ticketing system and provide timely resolutions

Required Qualifications
  • Associates of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in providing help desk support
  • Working knowledge of help desk software, Active Directory, and Windows client OSes
  • Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with mobile device management and Office 365 support
