Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist (100% Remote) to provide technical support to users efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware and software provisioning
- Administer and maintain Windows workstations, tablets, and smartphones, as well as corporate applications
- Respond to end-user issues through the helpdesk ticketing system and provide timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Associates of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in providing help desk support
- Working knowledge of help desk software, Active Directory, and Windows client OSes
- Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Experience with mobile device management and Office 365 support
