Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist, Mid.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive customer Help Desk phone calls and service requests for support
  • Provide direct production support services for application users
  • Responsible for maintaining FAQs and SOP for common issues encountered during the support process

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with the Appian BPM Platform
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience providing Helpdesk support to USMC customers desired
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to get a Public Trust
