Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician I to provide technical support to end-users remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical end-user support via telephone, email, or web chat
- Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
- Track incidents and calls accurately in the database
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT-related courses is a plus
- Minimum of two years in college or completion of a Diploma/Certificate course
- Familiarity with PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Prior experience in Software Application support is a plus
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a strong advantage
