Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician I to provide technical support to end-users remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical end-user support via telephone, email, or web chat
  • Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
  • Track incidents and calls accurately in the database

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT-related courses is a plus
  • Minimum of two years in college or completion of a Diploma/Certificate course
  • Familiarity with PC hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Prior experience in Software Application support is a plus
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is a strong advantage
