Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Pediatric Mental Health Intake Therapist (Virtual) - 1099 Independent Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial mental health intakes and assessments for K-12 students and their guardians
- Collaborate with other therapists to ensure smooth transitions into services
- Maintain relationships with school personnel, families, and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed without restrictions as an LCSW, MFT, or MHC
- Licensed in HI for a minimum of 3 years
- Additional license in specified states or eligibility to apply for one
- Possess knowledge of treatment strategies for children's mental health needs
- Must obtain malpractice insurance with specified coverage limits
