Job Summary

A company is looking for a High School ELA Instructional Coach to prepare, educate, and coach students in assigned content areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tutoring and instruction to develop students' understanding in assigned content areas
• Use differentiated instruction to personalize learning and minimize confusion or disengagement
• Establish a positive classroom climate that supports emotional and social well-being

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a major or minor in core academic subject areas (preferred)
• Texas State Teacher Certification in subject area (preferred)
• Teaching experience in a public school (preferred)
• General knowledge of ResponsiveEd curriculum and instruction methods (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
