Job Summary
A company is looking for a HMDA Compliance Business Data Lead to guide regulatory reporting and data management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of the Data Management Program and provide training for HMDA reporting
- Monitor data quality and facilitate remediation of data management-related issues
- Analyze large data sets to derive insights for regulatory assessments and trends
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, or 9 years of combined higher education and work experience
- Strong project management leadership experience
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams at various levels
- Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets and financial models
- Knowledge of data management practices and/or bank products and systems
