Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Home Based Community Development Manager in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing outreach/recruitment efforts to assist with professional membership growth
  • Cultivating and soliciting donors, sponsorships, and event participants
  • Directing special events in the South Central region

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Position requires overnight travel
  • Five years of experience in non-profit development, management of volunteers, and event marketing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Must work well with volunteers, and be able to work in a team environment
