Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Benefits Specialist to administer HR and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer HR and benefits/retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)/403(b) plans
  • Perform proactive audits of HR and benefits-related data and ensure accurate benefits enrollments
  • Respond to escalated employee and manager service requests in a timely manner

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with five years of relevant experience; or an Associate's degree with three years; or a Bachelor's degree with one to two years; or a Master's degree in a related field
  • Preferred certifications include SHRM or HRCI certification and CEBS certification
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Health & Welfare Benefit plans, compliance, or audit programs
