• Support high-performing teams through engagement surveys, new leader assimilation, and team effectiveness exercises
• Collaborate with the global HRBP team on strategies and processes impacting client groups

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in People-related roles with 3+ years as an HR Business Partner
• Broad understanding of HR practices including performance management and employee relations
• Experience establishing and maintaining manager relationships as a trusted advisor
• Knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and regulatory compliance
• Experience in remote or virtual-first work environments is a plus
