Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to support their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify resources and strategies to formulate actionable recommendations for leadership
- Collaborate with Corporate Centers of Expertise and other functions to support the client base
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience with 4+ years of experience
- Experience in coaching, partnering, and influencing management at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations and analyzing information
- Proven ability to lead a workforce through changing environments
- Strong computer skills using HR applications and Microsoft Office
