Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to align the people side of the business with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support leadership in establishing strategic priorities and action plans
  • Engage in the Talent Management Employee Life Cycle and follow through on deliverables
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop recommendations, solutions, and policies

Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/training, preferably in a related field
  • 5+ years of HR work experience with emphasis on strategic HR business partnering
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar role
  • Knowledge of pertinent federal, state, and local employment law
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR Information Systems
