HR Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote HR Compliance Specialist focused on pre-employment and post-employment background and drug screening requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process pre-employment background checks and drug screenings in compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate records of employee information and drug testing results
• Assist employees and managers with background and drug screening inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in an HR position, preferably in drug and background screening
• Labor relations experience is preferred
• Designated Employer Representative (DER) certification is preferred, but not required
