Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support and innovate HR operations in a high-growth startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding experience for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal employee requests and handle employee relations issues
- Develop and improve processes within the People team and maintain knowledge of HR legal requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Experience in an early stage or high growth startup
- Strong people skills with experience in hiring, training, and coaching employees
- Experience with HR systems such as Paylocity, Checkr, and Lever preferred
- Proven track record of being solution-oriented and a self-starter
