Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. People Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and elevate the overall employee experience, including onboarding and training programs
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure employees have necessary resources and support
- Administer employee recognition and wellness programs while maintaining HR systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, preferably in California
- Experience with HR systems, particularly BambooHR
- Background in rolling out HR programs and processes
- Experience in start-up environments is preferred
