Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a member of the leadership team to drive HR and business objectives
  • Administer human resource programs including timekeeping, compensation, leave, disciplinary matters, performance management, and training
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and analyze HR metrics for trends and patterns
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager in an industrial environment
  • PHR or SPHR Certification preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of HR functions, applicable laws, and HRIS software
  • Strong team orientation and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
