Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of the leadership team to drive HR and business objectives
- Administer human resource programs including timekeeping, compensation, leave, disciplinary matters, performance management, and training
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and analyze HR metrics for trends and patterns
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager in an industrial environment
- PHR or SPHR Certification preferred
- Thorough knowledge of HR functions, applicable laws, and HRIS software
- Strong team orientation and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
