Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead HRBPs to provide strategic HR partnership to business leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to business leaders on talent-related matters
  • Collaborate with HR functions to build talent strategies and initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with 3+ years supporting executives
  • 2 years of management experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
