Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to manage HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily HR administration tasks and support various departments
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Maintain employee data accuracy and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with team members
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
