Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to manage HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR administration tasks and support various departments
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Maintain employee data accuracy and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with team members
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
