Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Shared Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for data administration, payroll data entry, and employee support across North America
  • Develop and implement standard work and procedures to streamline data administration processes and ensure compliance
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within HR operations
  • 5 years of experience working in Core HR systems, Payroll, and shared service technology solutions
  • Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma
