HR Strategy and Talent Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the evolution of talent strategies, the full-time remote Manager, HR Strategy & Talent will manage key talent processes, execute strategic initiatives, and create executive-level communications to enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution of talent reviews, performance management, and succession planning
- Shape and implement strategic Talent & Culture initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities
- Create executive-ready presentations and track progress against talent and culture priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree AND 7 years of relevant experience in HR, talent management, or strategy, OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND 14 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
- Ten years of experience in HR or talent management in various environments (preferred)
- Strong executive presence and proven ability to lead complex projects
