HR Systems Manager

Job Summary

Managing human resources information systems and analytics, the full-time HR Systems Manager will oversee the HRIS, provide actionable reporting, and collaborate with various departments to enhance data integrity and system functionality in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Employee Success, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors for HR systems
• Design, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of HR systems, including HRIS, LMS, and BI, while building reports and dashboards to support business needs
• Test and implement new application solutions and provide training for HR teammates on system functionality and processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS with system administration and/or analyst responsibilities
• Mastery-level knowledge of UKG and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools
• Experience with complex data analytics and a proven ability to deliver results in a high-growth environment
• Strong discretion in handling confidential information and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred
