Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst - Learning Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes
  • Evaluate and optimize current Workday Learning configurations for efficiency and user engagement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, design, test, and implement new solutions or improvements

Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday Learning is required
  • Knowledge of downstream integrations and HR business processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Experience working with a large, diverse, and remote workforce is preferred
