Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst - Learning Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes
- Evaluate and optimize current Workday Learning configurations for efficiency and user engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, design, test, and implement new solutions or improvements
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Learning is required
- Knowledge of downstream integrations and HR business processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Experience working with a large, diverse, and remote workforce is preferred
