Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resource Administrator (Compliance, Benefits, PEO).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and manage related reporting
- Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and HR-specific policies
- Oversee PEO and benefits administration, including managing relationships with providers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or current SHRM/PRN certification
- 2-5 years of experience in human resources or people operations
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance for multiple states
- Experience in PEO management and benefits administration
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
