Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Consultant to support employee relations matters in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for leaders and caregivers on employee relations issues
- Conduct employee and labor relations research, identifying trends and patterns
- Maintain HR metrics and dashboards to align actions with findings
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
- 2 years of experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- 3 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
