Human Resources Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Consultant to enhance employee relations and support management within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead diagnostics and resolution of complex workplace issues, ensuring a safe and professional environment
- Provide expert consulting services to managers and employees on HR programs and initiatives
- Utilize data to identify training needs and recommend customized solutions to address capability gaps
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in human resources or business programs/processes, OR
- Master's Degree AND 3+ years of experience in human resources or business programs/processes, OR
- Equivalent experience
- 1+ year of employee relations experience
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Society for Human Resources Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is a plus
